• If you already hold leave under this category, you can apply for an extension until 5 April 2023 and for settlement by 5 April 2025.

• If you switched from Tier 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur) or Start-up, the extension deadline is 5 July 2025, and settlement can be applied for until 5 July 2027.
